What's The Best Way to Cook a Perfect T-Bone Steak?
Ingredients:
- 1 '18oz' Wellbone T-Bone Steak
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Remove your Wellbone T-Bone Steak from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and olive oil.
