In today's fast-paced world, finding time to prepare a wholesome and nutritious meal for your family can be a daunting task. We've prepared this simple, hands-off recipe for frozen steaks to make mealtime easier and more enjoyable for busy parents.

Ingredients:

  • Frozen steaks (any type of steak)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Remove the frozen steaks from their packaging and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Place the steaks in a baking dish or on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. Drizzle the steaks with olive oil and sprinkle them with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Place the baking dish or sheet pan in the preheated oven and cook for 30-40 minutes for medium-rare steaks (or longer if desired).
  6. Check the temperature of the steaks with a meat thermometer to ensure that they have reached your desired level of doneness. For medium-rare, the internal temperature should be around 135°F (57°C).
  7. Once the steaks have reached the desired temperature, remove them from the oven and let them rest for 5-10 minutes.
  8. Serve the steaks with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.

Enjoy your delicious, hands-off meal!
